How to measure your wrist size

First of all, you must make sure that you measure your wrist size in the exact spot you wear your watch. I recommend wearing it above the wrist bone, it’s much more comfortable because the watch fits flat on the wrist and it will not leave any marks on the lower back of your hand. Also, wearing it above your wrist bone allows you to get full mobility of your wrist.

It’s also important to know that when you open your hand the wrist gets slightly bigger. That’s why I recommend measuring it with the palm of your wrist facing upward because you’ll see that your wrist is 2-3 millimeters bigger.

Let’s take a measuring tape, put it above the wrist bone in the middle of your wrist, open your hand, and tighten the tape.  As you can see my wrist is 17 centimeters or 6.7 inches.

If you don’t have a measuring tape you can simply measure it with a string or a strip of paper and a standard ruler.

Follow the steps above, put that piece of string or paper around your wrist, open your hand then fit it snuggly and mark the place where your material/ string meets on your wrist, lay it out next to a ruler, and measure the distance between the marks. As you can see, it’s also 17 centimeters.

Now that you know your wrist size, all you have to do is take a look at our wrist size guide.

For example, based on my 17 cm wrist size the 115mm by 75mm strap dimension will fit my wrist perfectly.
